Headed up by the talented Mathew Lyons, 20 Buck Films is a syndicate that produce short-films in-and-around Toronto. What an awesome idea! I was invited to create the new identity and branding style for the group, along with an interactive website housing all the short films and actor bios.
The logo is based on a classic film countdown timer, using the 20 from it’s title. The website and brand style captures an edgy street feel through the use of backstreet photography and bold typographic treatments. Got a spare few minutes? Visit the site to check out a few short films.
